What to eat and when
What you are eating might be working well for your body except for WHEN you eat it.
There are quite a few guiding principles when looking at sustained energy, dealing with feelings of hunger, energy use, fat burn vs sugar burn, and how to feel mentally fresh for more of the time.

It sounds simplistic, but when you eat is as important as what you eat. This will come out when you undertake our Nutritional Assessment.

Part of the reason why people turn to processed and convenience foods is cooking fresh can become a chore. It doesn’t need to be. I cook every three or four days and then add fresh garnish to the base meal to make each meal fresh and alive.
I have more cooking hacks than I do food eating hacks. My cooking hacks are lifesavers for me.

If you are eating Thai tonight, Italian tomorrow, Middle Eastern the day after and then a take=away because it is Friday you are probably going to have difficulty maintaining your weight over time. Consistency is important. Your ancestral diet is important.
That gets teased out in the Nutritional Assessment.

I stumbled on fat-burning about 10 years ago. I had just switched to a Paleo diet so instead of peanut butter toast and tea I was having bacon & eggs on a bed of spinach for breakfast. I was also doing Kettle Bell training at Les Mills at the very inconvenient time of 11 am. One day it got too late for breakfast and I went on an empty stomach. And surprised me how easy it was. No ten minutes of easing into it. I was away from the first set. And added 50% to my max out Press Ups. Why? My body kicked over into fat burning.
I haven’t eaten breakfast since. My first meal of the day is around 1 pm.
Which totally changes the food equation. If you can get to 1 pm without having eaten you have won the food battle for the day.
We teach you how.

Some foods raise the body's metabolism and help you burn energy. You can put this to work as part of your overall nutritional plan.

We do a version of The Skinny on the Fats for you. Because most people have the fat thing wrong. For a lot of people, it is unlearning what they have been taught. And it can be hard!
