I am flexible on the when. 4 am sessions don’t turn me on but otherwise you can pick a time. Saturday is fine or even Sunday if that works for you.

There are several options, or we can do a mix-and-match:
Your gym
City Fitness
My home gym. Is useful to see what a no-machine gym looks like if you are thinking of setting up your own home gym
Your home. I can bring some basic equipment that will allow us to do a basic functional workout
Down the park

We will introduce you to the range of exercises we train in, and make some recommendations, but ultimately the choice is yours. The aim is to keep you engaged and progressing towards your goals.

If diet and nutrition is your primary concern, we can split the session between nutrition and exercise. A 30-minute review of our nutrition goals followed by 30 minutes of exercise is an obvious split. Or we can spend the whole session on nutrition.

Training for a minimum of an hour per week together with recommended exercises for you to carry out at home.
$85 $60 per hour
You can add extra training hours or nutrition support hours at any time.
